I visited at 21 o’clock on Saturday.
Appearance
I expected the taste because the manager is from Yagumo.The store has no vacant tables because it has only manager and there don’t has the neighborhood store is opened until midnight.
Menu
Shirodashi Tokusei wantanmen（half wonton）
Soup:The soup made by seafood is mixed soy source
Noodles:The standerd thin straight noodle
Toppings:Roasted pork,Wonton(2 meats,2 shirimps),Bamboo shoots,Dried seasweed,Green onion
The visual is same as the ramen of Yagumo.The taste is too.For example the soup flavor of kelp and mashrooms.And the mouthfeel is very soft.The roasted pork is good chewy.The wonton is juicy.The cost-paformance of half wonton is very good deal.The store is like menu of Yagumo.But this store has menu of mix taste of wihte soup stock and black soup stock.Yagumo doesn’t have the menu. I am interested in the taste.I am happy that I can eat the taste of very popular store.
