Walking from Higashijuujou station for 5 minutes.
I visited past 18:30 on Sunday.
The store is very popular.It had long line of people after opening.We should buy the chiket before line up.It had a line of 15 peope.So I waited for one hour.The inside of a store has only counter.
Soup:The clear soup made by soup stock of chiken bone and seafood with soy source.Finish processing is little back fat.
Noodles:The home made wavy thick noodle（Made by Kokoronoaji seimen）
Toppings:Roasted pork,Bamboo shoots,Japanese spinach,Dried seasweed,Green onion
The soup stock made by chiken bone is the standerd of cyuukasoba.The taste of seafood and salty of soy source is made me hungry. The noodle is rubed politely by their hand before boiling.And it has elastic mouthfeel.The roasted pork are back ribs and loin.And it has thick and the juicy.This store is very lively because it has powerful of very popular.
