Warlking from Shinjuku station for 4 minutes.
I visited passing 15 o’clock on Sunday.
The store is very popular.I visited after lunch time,but it had a line of 15 people.I waited for 40 minutes.There is only counter that has water server each seats.
Soup:The soup stock made by a lot of dack and chiken
Noodles:The thin straight noodle made by some kinds of whole wheat flour
Toppings:Rosted pork,tip of bamboo shoots,Green onion
I ordered Syouyu Ramen because the rockfish was sold out.It does’t have only the full-bodied of soup but also the taste of soy source. The two tastes are nice balance.The noodle has the flaver of flour and good chwey because it has with low moisture rate.The roasted porks are shoulder of pork and breast of chiken.The mouthfeel of chiken is such as Japanese Sashimi.The soup can make japanese “Ocyazuke” that is boiled rice soaked with tea “Ocyazuke” because the soup has good fll-bodies.It is excellent ramen that has too high perfection.
